Starting on February 1, 2009, all registrations must be paid in full within 14 days of confirmation.
Spouse Meal Program
Because so many attendees travel with their spouses to Napa Valley, we are pleased to offer a special meal program that allows your spouse or significant other to attend a number of the demonstration meal events. The cost for this is $300, payable as a separate registration. Please follow this link to begin that registration process.
Included in the Spouse Program:
- Thursday evening exhibition
- Friday lunch and evening wine reception
- Saturday lunch exhibition and attending the Keynote Session (Plenary X)
- Sunday lunch
The spouse meal program DOES NOT grant admission to any workshop or plenary sessions nor does it provide continuing education credit. Spouses or significant others who wish to attend lectures and workshops and receive CEUs must register at the Full Fee rate. Due to space constraints, registration for this program is limited to first 50 requests.
Cancellation Fee
Up to 60 days in advance of the conference, we will accept a conference cancellation and refund all but a $60 administrative processing fee. Between 59 and 30 days prior to the start of the conference, we will refund 50% of your conference fee or allow you to substitute the name of a different attendee. Unfortunately, there are no refunds or substitutions possible within 29 or fewer days before the start date of the conference. This is due to the complex nature of workshop registration and meal planning that must take place in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
