Workshop Registration
Each attendee will need to register separately for workshop and kitchen sessions. This separate online registration will open at 12 noon EST on Tuesday, August 19, 2008. Instructions will be sent via email to each of you prior to the opening date. It is critical that we have a unique, working email address for each registrant. If you registered two full-price attendees using the same email, please contact Robert Scholten immediately to resolve (617-384-8550).
Instructions
1. On-line Registration for breakout sessions will open beginning Tuesday, August 19 at 12 noon EST, and will remain open until 5:00 pm PST on September 19, 2008.
Attendees unable to register on-line during this month will be able to register (or switch sessions) on-site at CIA, Greystone on September 25th. This registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. To prepare for registration, please download the schedule and select the two (2) workshops and one (1) kitchen session of interest and note their unique numbers. Three (3) workshops and no kitchen session is an option, but we encourage everyone to enjoy time in the kitchens!
3. Be certain you know the email address with which you registered initially at Harvard Medical School. Note: these instructions will be sent to that email. If you do not remember this email, contact the Continuing Education Registrar at 617-384-8600.
4. Beginning August 19th, follow this link to the registration site: http://www.regonline.com/Checkin.asp?EventId=644672
5. Select NEW REGISTRATION to begin the process. (Do not select EXISTING REGISTRATION until after you have entered a password in this system.)
6. You will be asked for your email address. The system will then confirm your first and last name and ask you to create a password. If you encounter any problems logging in, contact information will be provided to resolve these. Record your password for future use.
7. Select the two workshops and one kitchen session you would like to attend. If any of the choices you select are full, the system will ask you to make an alternate choice. When your registration is completed, you can view the details of your agenda by clicking on the DETAILS link. You will also receive a confirming email with this link in the text.
8. After you have created and submitted your initial/new registration on line, you will be able to make changes at any time. To change an existing registration, log in using your email and new password and select EXISTING REGISTRATION. Follow the instructions on subsequent screens.
9. Tickets to your selected session/workshops will be distributed when you check in at the Culinary Institute on September 25th.
