Polly Lappetito, CHE is a consulting chef working with a wide variety of private clients on special culinary projects and exclusive dining experiences. Prior to this, Polly was the director of restaurants and executive chef of The CIA at Copia, and continues to work at the CIA supporting the college’s thought leadership conferences. Polly is the former executive chef at Ciccio Napa Valley where she won accolades for her delicious, approachable Italian American cuisines, and a San Francisco Chronicle top 100 spot for the restaurant.
