+ How do I register for the 2023 Healthy Kitchens, Healthy Lives: Virtual Edition?

If you would like to join us for the 2023 conference, please review who should attend and then visit the registration page to complete your registration.

+ What are the registration deadlines?

  • The early-bird registration deadline is now October 14th.
  • Advanced registration ends on November 30th.
  • General Registration runs from December 1st - February 3rd.

This conference sells out every year. If you want to guarantee your spot and get the best registration rate, we encourage you to register as early as possible. Once all spots are filled, we will have a waiting list, but very few people are moved from the waiting list each year.

+ What forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer your full conference registration is paid with a credit card. If you need to pay by check or purchase order instead, please contact Caitlin Petrucelli at caitlin.petrucelli@culinary.edu.

+ Is there a group discount?

Groups of five (5) or more attendees registering together are eligible for a 10% discount. This special discount will automatically be applied during the registration process. Please note, all registrations within the group must be covered by one form of payment, and you must register as a group.

+ Will I need to pre-register for breakout sessions?

A benefit of hosting Healthy Kitchens, Healthy Lives virtually, is that attendees do not need to pre-register for workshops and kitchen sessions. We recommend reviewing the program schedule in advance for breakout session descriptions; however, the virtual setting brings flexibility to our attendees to choose one session to attend live, and then for the first time ever, the option to view multiple sessions at once, and to view missed sessions on-demand after the conference concludes.

+ I've already registered but cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

Good news! If you’d like, you can still participate by enjoying the content through on-demand recording. Or, if you prefer to cancel since you can’t join us for the live online sessions, the following are the options for cancellations and transfers.

  • Up to 3 months in advance of the conference (November 8, 2022), we will accept a conference cancellation and refund all but a $50 administrative processing fee.
  • Between 3 months and 30 days prior to the start of the conference (November 8, 2022 - January 8, 2023), we will refund 50% of your conference fee.
  • Unfortunately, there are no refunds or substitutions possible within 30 or fewer days (after January 3, 2023) before the start date of the conference. This is due to the complex planning processes that must take place in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Cancellation policies are "for any and all reasons"

Your registration fees may be transferred to a colleague within the same registration category for an additional $100 administrative transfer fee. OR, your registration fees may be applied as a credit to next year’s conference fee, for an additional $100 administrative transfer fee.
